Bylaws and Resolutions
Note: At its October 2021 meeting, the HOA Board established a “Decision Memorandum” system to track Board decisions on issues not necessarily found in State law, the Declarations and Amendments, or our Bylaws. Subsequently, at its December 2021 meeting, the HOA Board renamed “Decision Memorandums” to “Resolutions” per its bylaws' terminology.
