The Piney-Z HOA Board and Committees are staffed by residents who generously and selflessly volunteer their time and gifts to benefit our community.  Volunteers are worth their weight in gold.  Please consider volunteering to make our HOA even better!

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)—The Piney-Z ACC helps preserve our community’s harmonious design.  The ACC must approve all new building plans and plans for external improvements to ensure compliance with the design standards outlined in our Covenants and Restrictions.  All requests for ACC approval should be made using the ACC Form and emailed to acc.chair@pineyz.com.  Alternatively, the form can be mailed to the address shown.

Standards Committee – The Standards Committee ensures that the Bylaws, Covenants, and Restrictions (C&Rs) are upheld equally throughout the neighborhood.

Mailboxes—Mailboxes consistent with the requirements prescribed in the Covenants & Restrictions are available locally from First Impressions Home Improvements at (850)766-5687.  Please contact Frank Richardson for the current cost of the post and mailbox, with or without installation by First Impressions Home Improvements.  An acceptable alternative mailbox post that is cheaper can be purchased through Amazon.com.  The item is “Special Lite SPK-600-BLK Ashland Decorative Mailbox Post.” Brass mailbox numbers are available at home improvement stores.  Homeowners who wish to replace the mailbox but not the post may install a black one that meets postal regulations and is available at home improvement stores.

Appeals Committee—The Piney-Z Appeals Committee reviews second notices of violation letters sent by the Architectural Control Committee and the Standards Committee.  By our Covenants & Restrictions, they determine the validity of the violation and approve the Board’s assessment of any applicable fines to the homeowner.
