Piney-Z Homeowners Association

The Homeowner's Association (HOA) Board of Directors are elected volunteer homeowners responsible for upholding the rules specified in our governing documents. Several committees assist in enforcing community design standards, preventing crime, and organizing social events. Residents are encouraged to join the Board or committees to help keep our community vibrant and beautiful.

Homeowners Association Fees

The HOA fiscal year is from October 1 through September 30. The HOA Board will be collecting the fees for fiscal year 2012-13 beginning September 1, 2012. Detailed information is on the assessment page.

Board Meetings

All board meetings are held at 6:30pm in the Lodge on the second Tuesday of even-numbered months. Everyone is welcome to attend. Each meeting provides an opportunity for residents to discuss issues with the Board. If you know in advance of an issue you would like to discuss, please contact the Board to have it added to the meeting agenda.

  • February 12, 2013 at 6:30pm in the Lodge

  • July 23, 2013 at 7pm Annual Meeting and Election in the Lodge

It is always recommended that you contact the board and committees in writing. This provides documentation of your request for reference purposes. The HOA Board does not have an office or maintain office hours, but they receive mail and notes at the Piney-Z Lodge. They are volunteers, and do their best to address your concerns in a timely manner. Please be sure to include your contact information in your correspondence.
