HOA Committees

Meet your neighbors and take an active role in shaping your community by joining a committee.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The Piney-Z ACC helps preserve the harmonious design of our community.

All new building plans and plans for external improvements must be approved by the ACC to ensure compliance with the design standards set forth in our Covenants & Restrictions.

Standards Committee

The Piney-Z Standards Committee helps preserve the aesthetic appeal of our community by investigating alleged violations of our Covenants & Restrictions.

Mailboxes

HOA approved mailboxes, brass numbers, complete cast aluminum post assemblies and individual post parts can be purchased and/or installed by Classic Accents (528-6335).

HOA approved black, metal, standard size mailboxes and brass house numbers can also be purchased at local home improvement stores. Posts, however, must be purchased from Classic Accents unless you can find the exact match elsewhere. Installation of all mailboxes must comply with USPS Standards. Contact the Standards Committee or the ACC if you have any questions.

Appeals Committee

The Piney-Z Appeals Committee reviews decisions made by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and the Standards Committee to make sure they were rendered fairly in accordance with our Covenants & Restrictions.
