One of the best ways to enjoy your community is to get involved with a HOA committee. Please consider lending your talents to one of the committees below. To join, contact a committee member or an HOA Board member.

Architectual Control Committee (ACC)

Approves building plans, building materials, fences, pools, garbage blinds, additions, storage buildings, patios, decks, enclosures, and more. All plans submitted for review must comply with the Covenants & Restrictions.

Community Standards (and Mail Boxes)

Investigates violations of the Covenants & Restrictions.

Mailboxes that are consistent with the requirements prescribed in the Covenants & Restrictions are available locally from Classic Accents at 528-6335. The cost for the post, mailbox, and installation is $315.00 plus tax. The cost for the post and mailbox without installation is $285.00 plus tax.

Brass numbers for mailboxes are available at home improvement stores. Homeowners who wish to replace the mailbox, but not the post, may install a black one that meets postal regulations, which are available at home improvement stores.

Appeals

Hears appeals from those found in violation of the Covenants & Restrictions.

Crime Watch

The Piney-Z Neighborhood Crime Watch Committee is very active, with Jennifer Jerit and Kathy Warr serving as co-coordinators. Participation requires very little effort, but has big rewards. Please consider joining in this important venture by contacting one of the co-chairs or calling HOA President, Dr. Patrick Gray, at 656-8836.
